Time-Routine Discipline (TRD) – 

Level 3 Curriculum for the Creche Program.

Level 3 Age Range: 11 – 14 months  

Developmental Focus: Reinforcing familiarity with routines, encouraging imitation, improving precision in hand-eye coordination, and boosting awareness of timing through musical and physical prompts.

TRD – Level 3: Semester 1 (Weeks 1–8)

Day 1

- Color-Sorting Activities: Purple vs Orange  

- Motor Skills & Movement Exercises: Standing with support; leg bends  

- Piano Fingering & Percussion Play: Finger tapping on keys and mini tambourines  

- Structured Meal & Rest Routines: Reinforce before-and-after meal songs  

Day 2

- Musical Exploration & Listening Sessions:  

 - Listening to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons – Spring  

- Motor Skills & Movement Exercises: Simple reach-and-grab drills  

- Read-Aloud & Story Time: Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? 

- Structured Meal & Rest Routines

Day 3

- Color-Sorting Activities: All 6-color selection (Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple)  

- Motor Skills & Movement Exercises: Walk along a path (with assistance)  

- Piano Fingering & Percussion Play: Alternate finger tapping to slow tempo beats

- Read-Aloud & Story Time: “That’s Not My Puppy” (textured book)  

- Structured Meal & Rest Routines

Day 4

- Color-Sorting Activities  

- Musical Exploration & Listening Sessions:  

  - Saint-Saëns – Carnival of the Animals (Aquarium)
