Semester 1: Weeks 1–8

Week 1:

- Gross Motor: Marching around room with music  

- Fine Motor: Picking up beads with fingers  

- Activity: Build a simple block tower  

Week 2:

- Gross Motor: Animal walks (crab, bear, frog)  

- Fine Motor: Finger pinch with clothespins  

- Game: Match animal walk to toy  

Week 3:

- Gross Motor: Step over low hurdles  

- Fine Motor: Threading jumbo beads  

- Activity: Walk + stop on beat  

Week 4:

- Gross Motor: Push & pull toy race  

- Fine Motor: Color with jumbo crayons  

- Task: Draw a circle after tracing  

Week 5:

- Gross Motor: Climb & descend soft blocks  

- Fine Motor: Buttoning and unbuttoning large buttons  

- Activity: Build a 4-piece puzzle  

Week 6:

- Gross Motor: Side-stepping with music  

- Fine Motor: Paper tearing strips  

- Game: Make a collage with torn paper  

Week 7:

- Gross Motor: Obstacle maze crawling  

- Fine Motor: Spoon transfer of small balls  

- Activity: Crawl and drop to target  

Week 8:

- Review Week: Combine climbing, tracing, crawling  

- Test Play: Build, color, and imitate a walk

- Rhythm game: Move with tempo

- Activity: “Roll & Throw” circuit  

Week 12:

- Gross Motor: Imitate dance moves  

- Fine Motor: Finger painting shapes  

- Game: Dance + paint with fingers  

Week 13:

- Gross Motor: Big steps + little steps  

- Fine Motor: Cut paper lines with safety scissors  

- Task: Match step to hand task  

Week 14:

- Gross Motor: Follow the leader (with stops, turns, hops)  

- Fine Motor: Pegboard play  

- Game: Motor Memory Circle  

Week 15:

- Gross Motor: Target kicking soft balls  

- Fine Motor: Velcro shape matching  

- Activity: Walk-kick-attach challenge  

Week 16:

- Review: Combine movement + hand activity stations  

- Test Play: Performance relay  

- Story Movement: Imitate animal story moves
